They discussed the possibility of the countries collaborating, to offer training programs for Jamaican chefs.
It was suggested that the partnership could be formed with Le Cordon Bleu, which is a hospitality education institution with 23 schools on five continents and the Jamaica Centre for Tourism Innovation (JCTI), the training arm of the Ministry of Tourism.
